It was suggested that even the Tory leader can't make up his mind either. I had to smile whilst watching Channel 4's Despatches having only recently written that Calder Valley Tory hopeful can't make his mind up about which ‘seat' he is really after.

Political Columnist Peter Hitchen's program was a joy to listen to. I made some notes of memorable phrases which I am sorry if I didn't get down per sea. The program commented that Dave Cameron was seeking Office for it's own sake and without principle. The selection contest, which saw Dave convincingly beat his rival David Davies was a wonderful spectacle of ‘Gas & Sparkle'. The champagne talk won the day; DD got Tory Blaired and Mr Davies' talents and convictions were overlooked in the Tories lust for power. (DD, we would certainly appreciate your talents in our Party).

I wondered if any of those in the Calder Valley selection meeting saw the program and managed a smile, albeit a small one?
