Perhaps it is some improvement from being told by John Prescott that England doesn't exist? But it's not good enough!

Trouble is he has no grip on reality... England is already split from Scotland, he and Tony already did that... what he is refusing is to restore democracy, balance and fairness.
It's not all bad news, at least in Scotland there is some political weight behind the argument.
