Marie Curie Cancer Care Lights to Remember

I attended an emotional service in the All Saints Church, it brought back memory's of family I had lost through Cancer. Marie Curie do amazing supportive work in helping people with terminal illness.   The  Marie Curie sponsored Tree in the Market place, with then switched on by Amanda Burton, who I was very pleased to meet in support of this charity.

  Amanda thought I was quite tall to be a Deputy  Mayor, and I should be an actor instead.......

Kingston Town Cluster Carol Concert at The Rose of Kingston Theatre Kingston.

I was very please to attend the first performance in the newly openned Rose Theatre, with a Carol  service from local school's .

It was good to cath up again with Sir Peter Hall who is Artistic Director of Kingston's new theatre and also the Chancellor of Kingston University. Although the Theatre's energy efficent lights were still a little dark!.

On Stage at Last ! with Cllr Barry O'Mahony who has been instrumental in helping liaise on raising fund for the Theatre.

 

 

Civic Reception for the Mayor of the Borough of Runnymede

It was good to meet with Mayor's and representatives from across Surrey at the Great Foresters Hotel in Egham.

XPOSURE3 is an exhibition that showcases the work of three talented Kingston based photographers Simon Batt, Iain Clarke and Ian McGraw. The show is the culmination of 2 years part time study on Kingston College's exciting and dynamic HNC Photography course.

Simon, Iain and Ian have organised this Decembers show as a prelude to their entry into the world of professional photography. This widely talented trio has incorporated samples of all their recent work. Included in their stunning repertoire are fine examples of travel, fashion, portrait, landscape, product, architectural, social and wedding photography
