ST JOHNS WARD

The first community meeting was well attended. Re: Anti social behaviour under age drinking etc. We were told 'Dont moan Phone'. So the number is 08453-302010 its a 24 hour line to the Police. If they do not know the problem they cannot respond. The more complaints received the more chance the problem can be addressed. Its a numbers game so do complain when you are affected by ASB.

LICHFIELD DISTRICT COUNCIL

When Chairman of Council 2005/6 one of my charities was the Marie Curie Cancer Care. We planted a 'Field of Hope'. Thousands of Daffodils were planted along a woodland walk in Beacon Park, Lichfield.( It is alongside the Western relief road.) The daffodils are now in bloom. The reason for the Field of Hope was to remember our loved ones who are no longer with us. Perhaps those of you who live in the area, may like to walk along this path of memory. If you are visiting Lichfield I am sure you will find it a peaceful place. I did as I  walked along the path today as the sun shined down.
