Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK Annual Convention 29th July 2006

This is an event I have been invited to on a number of occasions and have never had the opportunity to attend.  It is therefore with great interest that I attended on Saturday 29th July 2006.  Sadly there was a great deal of traffic on the roads and this made us late, not leaving us much time at the Convention. 30,000 people attend this Convention.  It is held at Oakland Farm, Green Street, East Worldham.  The farm of 200 acres has been bought by the organisation.  We spoke to the farmer who sold the land to them.  He has kept 80 acres for his own use and is very pleased to hear that the land will be used for farming when not in use for the annual Convention.

Flags of the nations of the Ahmadiyya Community

My visit to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Convention, whose motto is 'Love for All, Hatred for None' was a very happy experience.  Their message is a message which should go across the world in these troubled times.
