CHANCEL ROAD DEVELOPMENT APPEAL DISMISSED
An appeal against North Lincolnshire Council's Planning Committee decision to refuse an application for the development of ten dwellings on land at Chancel Road and Oakwood Rise in Bottesford has been dismissed by The Planning Inspector.
The decision was based on the proposals being out of character and set well forward of neighbouring properties and described "that they would appear as an obtrusive, discordant and visually harmful element in the street scene, thereby damaging the character of the area".
