Following years of uncertainty among local residents, four areas of green and open space on the Bloors Development in Bottesford, have now been offered up and adopted by North Lincolnshire Council.

These include

* The area of land/walkway from the Valley View Drive to Church Lane link running through Baldwin Avenue and to the end of Merryweather Court and to the rear of Wren Close and Siskin Crescent.

* The grassed area in front of the even numbered properties 6 to 14 on Siskin Crescent.

* The area at the end of Dunnock Close and abutting the Valley View Drive to Church Lane link.

* The area at the end of Yew Drive and to the south of St. Peters Church.

Any other areas remain with the original land owners and are not part of the adoption.
