going slow
First day trying to work again, but it is slow and rather a lot of coughing. But have the whole Government succumbed to something slowing them down ? Just what do they think they are doing planning to cut VAT by 2 ½ pence ? if it means that people will pay less fuel bills that will be welcome though. I'll wait and see.
