I urge residents of Bath to join the World's Biggest Coffee Morning for Macmillan cancer Support on Friday 26 September and help raise a much needed £8.5 million for people affected by cancer.
It's so simple and everyone can make their cuppa count by holding a coffee morning, at home, at work or at school and if the date isn't right for you, then hold it on another day. It's fun and easy to take part, all you need to do is make lots of coffee and invite friends, family, colleagues and neighbours to join you and make a donation for the coffee they drink!

Everyone who takes part receives a pack to guide them through the easy steps of making their coffee morning a great success.
One in three people will get cancer with 2 million people in the UK living with the disease. All money raised last year helped Macmillan be a source of practical, medical, emotional and financial support to those affected by cancer.
In the Bristol, Bath and North Somerset area we need to raise over £300,000 each year in order to continue to fund Macmillan services to help local people affected by cancer. We could not do this without the help of the local community.
So every cup of coffee on Friday 26 September really does count and every £1 raised can really make a difference to help people through their cancer journey.
